Mastri Birrai Umbri’s unfiltered Dark Ale, craft-brewed in Italy according to the Cotta 74 recipe, draws its inspiration from abbey beers, uniting tradition with innovation. Distinguished by the use of Italian lentils and the expert selection of toasted and roasted malts, it has a bold, original character. In appearance, the Dark Ale is deep brown with a thick and creamy head.
