Bibenda 2017 – Mastri Birrai Umbri awarded best brewery of the year award

The awards ceremony of this year’s Guida BIBENDA, a key event in the food&wine calendar for the last 19 years, took place in Rome on 16 November.

The prestigious guide for professionals and dilettantes alike has for the last few years also been covering top producers of beer, a heritage that Bibenda has called “Talento Italiano”.

Maestri Birrai Umbri was judged Best Brewery of the Year, with the following decision:

“Our intention is to acclaim, with an award and a special symbol, the breweries whose development and production as a whole have particularly appealed to us and excited us. The accolade is represented by the special “Birrificio dell’Anno 2017” logo”.
