In this first post of ours, let’s begin with a provocation: can we still talk about a Craft Beer Revolution?
Consumption levels no longer support those we had become accustomed to from Italian breweries in terms of the quantity and diversification of their beers. Today, in Italy, we not only cover all international styles, but we recognise them on a daily basis.
All of this — and this is a second fundamental point — while improving the qualitative consistency of the products. Because a brewery can no longer afford to make good beers only every now and then: enthusiasts’ expectations require beers that are always up to the standards of the market.

But this is precisely the challenge that our breweries must take up in order to distinguish the Italian craft beer universe more and better: making their products truly Italian.
