AgribeeRevolution is a tangible evolution of the craft beer revolution concept, created by Mastri Birrai Umbri to enhance the Italian agricultural supply chain.
The goal is to use raw materials strictly sourced from the Umbrian territory — barley, wheat, legumes, hops, water, fruit, and spices — to create beers with a “true Italian taste” and a strong local identity. Mastri Birrai Umbri grows barley and wheat in its own fields and transforms them into malt in the innovative malthouse adjacent to the brewery, opened in 2018 to support a 100% Umbrian process — from field to bottle.

That is why, when creating our beers, we used carefully selected malts, wheat, and legumes from Umbria, crafted through the artisanal process of top fermentation and bottle refermentation to enhance their aromas and flavour.

Our agronomist personally oversees the growth of the barley and hops. Then the master maltster steps in, working to obtain malts of the highest quality. Last but certainly not least, the master brewer skilfully crafts each of our beers.
