The recipe
The Cotta 21 recipe is based on water, barley malt, Italian spelt, sugar beet syrup, hops and yeast.
Spelt, present in the recipe at 35%, gives the beer a delicate and smooth taste, while barley malt provides structure and balance. Hops add fresh herbal notes, completing a light, aromatic and pleasant profile.
The top-fermentation method and the absence of filtration preserve the natural character of the beer and may create a slight sediment at the bottom of the bottle.
