To explore taste, it is not enough to pass down a centuries-old art, or a set of ingredients in the right proportions.
It takes a genuine passion — one that does not stop at the first result, but strives to cross every boundary of flavour.
It is at the heart of everything we do, and we have been doing it for over two centuries.

Tasting

A proper tasting enhances every component of a beer.
First, observe the head, which should be fine, compact, and persistent. Then move on to the visual examination: observe the beer’s colour, which may range from pale gold to deep copper, all the way to dark brown, depending on the style.
Next comes the olfactory examination: bring the glass to your nose to capture its aromas. Finally, taste it. The flavour reveals the true soul of the beer: the balance between sweetness, bitterness, acidity, and body.
