Toasting with Mastri Birrai Umbri at Piacere Barbeque 2016
Now in its 4th edition, Piacere Barbeque is the first Italian festival dedicated entirely to grilled food.
The braziers will be stoked from 10 to 19 June 2016 in the magical setting of Massiano’s Green Area (Perugia) for a tasty summer BBQ where all the secrets of the trade can be discovered: from product sales to cooking techniques, from appetizing side dishes to the history of Americans’ favourite ritual, now an emblem of festivity and sociality all over the world.
The event is also an opportunity to see American BBQ culture being enriched by Italy’s food&wine heritage. Mastri Birrai Umbri will be there too, in fact, with 4 points of sale (beer taps).
