The Cotta 50 of Mastri Birrai Umbri is produced using selected wheat malt and hops, with the method of high fermentation.

Produced in Italy with the top fermentation method, using selected wheat and hops. Bright and cloudy yellow colour, it stands out for its white, creamy and very persistent head. To the nose it expresses hints of ripe yellow fruit, banana and spices. The delicate smooth flavour from the wheat malt is accompanied by yeasty notes and lively carbonation. The finish is slightly acidic and thirst quenching. It goes well with crudités, fish, cheese and grilled white meat. A sediment may form at the bottom of the bottle due to the craft production and high fermentation, and because it is non-filtered.
