The Cacao Porter of the Mastri Birrai Umbri is made using special roasted and roasted malt, high fermentation yeast and the best cocoa beans, and is produced according to the recipe of this famous Anglo-Saxon style.

Mastri Birrai Umbri’s Cocoa Porter is crafted in Italy according to the popular British style, with top fermenting yeast, specially roasted malts and the finest cocoa beans from Panama. Its colour is a very deep brown and its compact and lasting head shows a marked hazelnut hue. The aroma is warm and embracing, with complex notes of dark chocolate, coffee and hints of liquorice. The taste is full and consistent, with flavours of cocoa and roasted malts.
